Policies 

All Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort Theme Park tickets are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. This is standard policy put in place by The Walt Disney Travel Company and Universal Parks and Resorts.

All children 3 and up must have tickets to enter Disney Parks and Universal Orlando Parks. Children under the age of 3 are free.

​

Leadership and Innovation Educational Workshop is for adults ages 14 and up. No children will be premitted.

All room block reservations are 100% non-refundable. All payments for the full room amount must be made by February 3, 2023.

Disney Resort rooms hold a maximum of 4 people per room. Please book additional rooms if needed and note on the registration form. Full guests names in the travel party including children must be provided at registration.

Resort rooms can be shared by separate parties up to the 4 person max. In the event of room sharing, payment for the room must be made by one person with payment splits and arrangement made among the participating parties.

Please ensure you have travel insurance if you have concern that you may need to cancel your trip.

All prices are tax-inclusive and do not include airfare. Arrangements to and from Orlando, Florida must be made separately on your behalf.
